UK

Postage is FREE to all UK postcodes without a minimum spend needed to qualify. All orders are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class as standard which operates on a 3-4 working day service to UK Mainland but may take slightly longer for highlands and islands. We also offer Royal Mail 1st class which operates on a 1-2 working day service to UK mainland at a cost of 99p per order.

USA & Canada

Postage to the US and Canada is worked out at the checkout and is based on the overall weight of the order. We offer a standard untracked service which can take up 14 business days to be delivered and a tracked service which can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. 

Processing times

We operate on a 24 hour processing time from the point an order is placed. Processing times may be longer due to bank holidays or unforeseen circumstances. 

Working/business day definition

A working/business day is defined as a weekday not including any public holidays e.g. bank holidays, new years day etc.
