Summary:

Kept one of the cardboard envelopes your order arrives in or have your own
- Collect 4 pouches
- Evacuate all contents from the pouches
- Squeeze all air out of the pouches and screw cap on tightly

Packed the cardboard envelope with a spout pointing into each corner
- Seal the envelope and ensure the overall dimensions of the envelope do not exceed 353mm long, 250mm wide, and 25mm thick.
- Contact us for a prepaid label.
If you do not have an envelope kept from one of your orders or have been receiving parcel deliveries we require 8 pouches to be collected to cover the extra cost of issuing a parcel label vs a large letter.
Once the pouches arrive back with us, they are washed and sanitised. If they arrive back in good condition the pouches are reused, if not they are forwarded to a specialist recycling facility.
You can of course send the pouches back to us at your own expense anytime, we just require four to be sent with one return envelope to cover the costs of postage etc.
